thank you for coming to the JUrassic classic 2021

this year’s festival was a huge success

This weekend-long annual mountain bike celebration here at the foot of the Wind River Mountains in Lander, Wyoming came back with a “subtle bang.” We had demos by Rocky Mountain, our favorite group rides, successful clinics, live music, trade fair, an epic game of poker, an even rowdier raffle and lots of shenanigans!

The Lander Cycling Club was honored to have all of you attend, whether local or out of state. Keep growing with us and our trails, and come back next year!

yes, Planning for 2022 is happenin’— we need your feedback to make it awesome!

Festivities

The whole point of this shindig is to have a rowdy good time, especially after the year we’ve had. Riding bikes on sweet trails, with friends, in an AMAZING town!

Live music, delicious food, local beer, badass films, great gear, local riding, new trails, old trails and some ridiculous shenanigans are again on the docket this year.

Demos, clinics, Group Rides

In the past we’ve had demos from Specialized, Rocky Mountain, Giant, The Bike Mill, and Gannet Peak Sports and we’ll do our best to bring those back after a wild year for the bike industry.

Improve your skills in workshops with experienced instructors, head out on a ride with folks who built and know the goods in the area or shuttle our best section of downhill with your buds.

Note on COVID

While we are lucky that our sport of choice takes place in the great outdoors and can be more easily socially-distanced, we were able to pull off a pared-down and equally successful festival in 2020 with COVID safety precautions in place! We will be monitoring the pandemic closely to make any necessary accommodations as we get closer to the event, and are are keeping these guidelines in mind.
